At First Free, we believe in ministry development. If you have a particular ministry skill set and are looking for ministry experience, consider our internship or pastoral residency.
Internships
Internships are geared for those who are looking to pursue a ministry calling. The internship can be tailored to meet an interns interests and/or their school’s requirements for credit. Generally internships last a full year. Our pastor’s areas of expertise lie in worship/music ministry, youth/children’s/next generation ministry, small groups and preaching ministry. Other ministries could also be pursued (women’s/men’s, administration, graphic design, communications, etc.). Stipends are negotiable.
